The Vacon Nutrition Toolkit is a hybrid online and binder-system meal planning tool. They can both work independently or in tandem. These tools have been created to work for individuals of all different ability levels who want to eat healthier, feel better and enjoy themselves while doing so. I created this toolkit to be inclusive for as many people as possible. Whether you have access to technology or not, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to start feeling your best through sound nutrition practices. Here’s what you’ll get with both the digital and paper nutrition system:

My name is Adam Vacon and I am on a mission to help people be their happiest, healthiest selves. In order to do this I have equipped myself with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology (BA) and have trained to become a holistic nutritionist (CNP) and personal trainer (PTS). I use these tools to help people give their bodies the food they need to thrive, skills to realize their strength in and out of the gym, and the coaching to do the things that will help them achieve their goals, be happy and fulfilled.
